Mark Stephen Asea, a 36-year-old TikTok creator from Port St. Lucie, Florida, was arrested on September 30 and charged with a felony offense against computer users. His bond was set at $35,000, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office records.

Asea, who describes himself as a 'demonologist' and 'Grey Hat Hacker,' is accused of exposing women's private information online and claiming he could track their movements through their phones. This arrest follows a previous case that was closed earlier this year, where Asea was initially arrested in April on stalking and computer-related allegations, but those charges were dropped in May.

According to a police affidavit, two women reported that their private information appeared in Asea's TikTok posts. One woman, who had sought his help with a computer issue, stated that Asea revealed details about her devices and recent purchases in a video. She mentioned that her password had only been shared in a closed TikTok group chat, where Asea was not a member, leading her to suspect he may have joined under a fake account.

The second woman reported concerns after allowing Asea to remotely access her computer in October 2025 for troubleshooting. She claimed he later stated he had placed a virus on her computer, enabling him to view her information without her consent. Asea allegedly posted a photograph from a private Telegram message on his TikTok account, claiming it originated from a WhatsApp exchange, although the woman provided evidence showing it was from Telegram.

Investigators noted that Asea uploaded over 100 TikTok videos mentioning one of the women, sometimes posting as many as six in a single day. He also reportedly obtained a website where he posted a photograph of her getting a tattoo.

Asea's TikTok biography includes various titles, such as 'Demonologist,' 'Clairsentient,' and 'Grey Hat Hacker.' He faced a separate civil stalking protection case earlier in the summer, which was dismissed on September 8. The criminal case was reopened on September 24, leading to the current charge of unauthorized access to a computer or electronic device. Asea is scheduled for arraignment on November 19.

Fox News Digital has reached out to TikTok for comment.
