Cassie Ventura left the United States following her testimony in Sean "Diddy" Combs' trial last summer, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital. Ventura testified for four days as a key witness during the trial, which involved allegations of sex crimes against Diddy. She filed a motion last month to transfer her ongoing legal battle with former male escort Clayton Howard from California to New York, citing convenience and relevance of the case to New York courts.
In her motion, Ventura stated that she does not reside in the United States and that traveling to New York would be more convenient than California. She noted that many relevant witnesses are likely to be located in New York and that numerous civil cases related to Diddy are pending there. Ventura also declared her citizenship and indicated that she does not plan to return to live in the U.S.
In her testimony, Ventura made several serious allegations against Diddy, including claims of physical abuse and coercion into sexual acts. She also mentioned her expectation of a $10 million settlement from the InterContinental Hotel related to a 2016 incident. Diddy was found not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking but was convicted on lesser charges and is currently serving a sentence of over four years.
Diddy has been incarcerated since his arrest on September 16, 2024, and is scheduled for release in February 2028.
