Brad Parscale, former campaign manager for Donald Trump, has directed $13 million from the Israeli government to various Republican digital strategy firms and allies, as detailed in a document filed under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Parscale's firm, Clock Tower X, was contracted by Israel last September for $6 million to promote pro-Israel messaging, particularly through Salem Media Group, where he serves as chief strategy officer.
The document reveals that Parscale's firm has received over $15 million from Havas Media Network on behalf of the Israeli state. Payments included over $500,000 for advertising with Salem Media Representatives, a subsidiary of Salem Media. The report highlights a network of companies and political operatives benefiting from this contract, including SparkFire Technologies, which received $6 million for an AI chatbot campaign, and Portman Road Strategies, run by GOP strategist Mike Shields, which received nearly $5 million.
Additionally, the report notes that Parscale's work is part of Israel's broader strategy to regain support among young conservatives and evangelicals, amid declining favorable views of Israel among younger Republicans. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's government has significantly increased its public diplomacy budget, from $150 million in 2025 to $730 million in 2026.
