The report indicated that the Pentagon was recruiting military personnel to attend the event, with requirements including travel costs covered by the service members and adherence to physical fitness standards. Jennings maintained that the report was incorrect, despite the memo outlining the standards. A White House spokesperson reiterated Jennings' comments, emphasizing the significance of the event. The Military Times reported that approximately 1,200 tickets are reserved for active-duty military members, while 4,000 tickets are allocated for celebrities and others selected by the Trump administration and UFC leadership.
