Ro Khanna's reelection bid in 2024.</p><p>In 2016, York made headlines by opposing gender-consistent bathroom legislation in North Carolina, stating that the law did not reflect the values of the San Francisco 49ers organization or the majority of North Carolinians.</p><p>York also donated $75,000 to efforts aimed at repealing the bathroom bill. In a 2017 interview, he addressed his political views, stating, "I’m not the most left-wing person in the world... But I think a lot of these things are common sense issues."</p><p>His largest political donation was $5,000 to the America 2.0 PAC, established by former Rep.
