Jack Doherty Arrested for Domestic Battery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Internet personality Jack Doherty was arrested following an alleged domestic dispute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on September 5, 2026. Online records indicate that the 22-year-old streamer and YouTuber was booked in Broward County on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. Officers responded to a residence in the Riverside Park neighborhood shortly before noon and determined that Doherty and a woman were involved in a physical dispute inside the home. Reports state that the woman was uninjured. Doherty was photographed for a mug shot, which showed a cut on his cheek. He is currently being held in Broward County Main Jail with no bond listed as of Friday evening while awaiting trial. Doherty, who has over 15 million subscribers on YouTube and nearly 11 million followers on TikTok, previously faced arrest in Florida in November 2025 for drug possession after allegedly disrupting traffic while recording video for social media. During that incident, he was taken into custody after refusing to comply with officers, and a search revealed he had amphetamine and marijuana. He was also charged with resisting arrest. The cannabis charge was later dropped, and he was accepted into the Miami-Dade County Felony Drug Pre-Trial Diversion Program, which he completed successfully, leading to the cancellation of his upcoming trial. Doherty's latest arrest comes less than a year after his previous legal issues, which did not result in a trial or conviction. Additionally, he made headlines in October 2025 for his split from his then-wife, OnlyFans star McKinley Richardson, after less than a year of marriage.
