Kansas Man Arrested After Brawl at Wichita Golf Course

<p>A Kansas man was arrested following a brawl involving three other men at a golf course on Friday evening. Scott Denning, 52, of Winfield, was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail early Saturday morning on charges including aggravated assault, aggravated battery, assault, battery, and criminal damage to property, according to reports from Kake News.</p><p>The Wichita Police Department responded to a disturbance at the Arthur B. Sim Golf Course around 6:20 PM. Denning had approached the three men to apologize for an errant shot, which led to an argument and a subsequent physical altercation.</p><p>Denning sustained significant facial injuries during the fight, as evidenced by a photograph taken at the jail. A 38-year-old Wichita man was knocked unconscious during the incident, while two other men, aged 28 and 52, were reportedly chased by Denning wielding a golf club, with one of them being struck in the head.</p><p>Denning was treated at a local hospital before being booked into jail with a bond set at $50,000. As of Tuesday afternoon, he remained in the Sedgwick County Jail. No additional arrests have been reported, and the investigation is ongoing.</p>
