Elon Musk Reveals Temporary Residence in Trailer Home

He’s in Memphis helping build buildings.”</p><p>SpaceX acquired xAI for $250 billion earlier this year, and Musk expressed a preference for sleeping close to the new servers rather than commuting.</p><p>Musk's choice to live in an Airstream trailer aligns with his interests, as NASA famously used such trailers to quarantine the Apollo 11 astronauts after their return from the moon.</p><img alt="Airstream trailer. / Albert L. After acquiring X (formerly Twitter) in 2022, he reportedly slept intermittently on a couch at its San Francisco headquarters. Previously, he lived in a rented house in Boca Chica, Texas, valued at approximately $50,000, located one block from SpaceX’s Starbase facility.</p><p>In 2020, Musk tweeted, “I am selling almost all physical possessions.
