<p>Michael Desronvil, the holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's case, sided with the prosecutors, asserting that Clancy was aware of her actions when she killed her three young children.</p><p>Clancy's legal team has requested that a judge investigate the conduct of the lone juror who sought to convict her of murder in the deaths of her three children.</p><p>In a motion filed on Friday and made public on Monday, Clancy's attorneys asked the court to question the juror regarding his alleged use of a cellphone during deliberations, his honesty on a questionnaire completed by prospective jurors prior to the trial, and his truthfulness when jurors were questioned by the judge a day before the trial concluded.</p>
