MAGA Festival in Kentucky Canceled Due to Low VIP Ticket Sales

The organizer, Eric Deters, announced the cancellation via a Facebook video.</p><p>The event, named Freedom Fest, was scheduled for Saturday at Deters' farm in Morning View, approximately 25 miles south of Cincinnati. Previous iterations of the festival attracted thousands of attendees.</p><p>In his announcement, Deters explained that he had anticipated wealthy contacts would purchase $1,000 VIP tickets, allowing general admission tickets and parking to be free. However, only six VIP tickets were sold.</p><p>“When I put together Patriots Day Freedom Fest, I put it together with the game plan and the idea that I could pay for it with VIP sales of $1,000 from these 100 people that I interact with on a regular basis,” Deters stated. He expressed frustration with the lack of sales, saying, “rich people, as a whole, suck.”</p><p>Deters, who identified himself as a wealthy individual, emphasized that not all rich people share the same values. He stated, “It’s the fight, it’s the cause, it’s helping people. That ain’t the way rich people think. Rich people only want to make more money.”</p><p>The festival was set to feature other speakers, including GOP congressional candidate Ed Gallrein and Fox News contributor Joe Concha. Previous speakers at the event included Donald Trump Jr. and Candace Owens.</p><p>Deters expressed his disappointment with the lack of support from his wealthy contacts, stating, “None of these people will ever, ever, ever get a favor from me again.
