Another reporter inquired, "Were you upset that Elaine didn’t promptly return to see you in the hospital, sir?" referring to McConnell’s wife, former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao.</p><p>Another reporter repeatedly asked, "Senator, how are you feeling today?
