Councilmember Anthony Phillips stated, "We all came together just to make sure neighbors understood that this is an ongoing investigation, we understand it is disruptive, neighbors and businesses are concerned, so we need to provide support and resources," as reported by FOX 29.</p><p>Police have linked seven missing women to the Olney neighborhood home, and investigators have recovered over a million photos and videos. At least five of these women are believed to be deceased.</p><p>Authorities are working to determine the content of the images and videos, particularly as Horsch was known for producing violent pornography.</p><p>Horsch, who was 82 years old at the time of his death last year, produced brutally themed pornography and books. His son, Eugene Horsch, 44, was arrested in June on charges related to unlawful firearms and forgery, which led to concerning discoveries at the family home.</p>
