Four Found Dead in Doral, Florida in Apparent Murder-Suicide

A real estate agent, her ex-husband, and their two daughters were found dead in their home in Doral, Florida, on Tuesday evening. The Doral Police Department responded to a welfare check at approximately 7:32 p.m. and discovered Melanie Hyer, 46, Ryan Whiten, 42, and their daughters Savannah, 11, and Sienna, 8, each with stab wounds, according to the Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office. All four were pronounced dead at the scene, and police have not confirmed the circumstances surrounding the stabbings. The Miami-Dade Homicide Bureau is investigating the incident. Hyer was recognized as a prominent realtor in the area, while Whiten worked as a real estate project manager. Reports indicate that the couple co-parented their daughters and had been involved in disputes regarding custody.
