She argues that the editing led to a fabricated narrative suggesting she allowed a contestant to be sexually assaulted and exploited the situation for ratings. The lawsuit highlights a specific instance involving former contestant Shandi Sullivan, where Sullivan's account of an incident was presented as an assault without Banks being informed during her interview. Banks is seeking punitive damages and a jury trial. Netflix has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
