FBI Disrupts Alleged Threat Against Trump's UFC Event

The FBI has taken multiple individuals into custody following the disruption of an alleged threat against President Trump's UFC event, according to FBI Director Kash Patel. On June 10, federal officials and law enforcement partners received information about a potential threat from individuals outside the Washington, D.C. area. Patel stated that due to the swift actions of the FBI, its partners, and the Department of Justice in a multi-state operation, the planned attacks were halted. The event took place on the White House grounds on June 12, coinciding with Trump's 80th birthday. Secret Service Director Sean Curran confirmed that his agency collaborated closely with the FBI during the investigation.
