The individual is described as having dark hair, wearing a gray shirt and black shorts, and carrying a light-colored handbag. This investigation follows an incident involving President Donald Trump's efforts to resurface the Reflecting Pool, which led to peeling paint and algae growth, altering the intended appearance of the water. Trump stated that multiple arrests were made in connection to the damage and expressed that those responsible should face legal consequences. He also mentioned that repairs would require some water to be released from the pool and speculated that chemicals may have been illegally introduced into the water.
