Tom Brady Comments on Raiders' Performance Following 2025 Season

The Las Vegas Raiders have struggled in recent seasons, failing to achieve a winning record or make the playoffs since 2021. The team concluded the 2025 season with a 3-14 record, resulting in the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Raiders and a lead color commentator for FOX, addressed the team's performance in a recent interview on the "Stick to Football" podcast. He stated, "I would expect a lot of improvement from where it’s been. Last year, we just underperformed in every area. And it’s everybody’s fault. That’s the reality." Brady emphasized that no one in the organization performed to the necessary level and that improvement is required from all members, including himself. He anticipates significant enhancements as the team adjusts its personnel. The Raiders have hired Klint Kubiak as their new head coach and selected quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the top draft pick, also signing several other players to bolster the roster. The team will begin the 2026 season against the Miami Dolphins on September 13.
