New Orleans man arrested in child predator sting operation

A 75-year-old man from New Orleans, who legally changed his name to Santa Claus, was arrested on allegations of attempting to engage in sexual activities with someone he believed to be a 15-year-old boy. According to a statement from the Kenner police, Claus initiated contact through a dating app with an undercover detective posing as a minor during a sting operation conducted over the weekend to apprehend potential child predators.
