Investigation Continues into Homicide of New Jersey Therapist Brooke Hanlon

Brooke Hanlon, a 35-year-old therapist, was found stabbed in her home in Chester, New Jersey, on June 6. Her husband, James 'Conor' Hanlon, 36, has not been seen or heard from since the incident. Paige Haggerty, Hanlon's sister, expressed her family's uncertainty regarding the case, stating, 'It's a homicide, and there are a lot of details that my family and I don't know.' The Morris County prosecutor's office confirmed that the cause of death was multiple sharp force injuries and ruled it a homicide. A neighbor reported that he had communicated with Conor about local wildlife shortly before the incident but has not heard from him since. The prosecutor's office has not disclosed who made the 911 call or whether Conor and the couple's baby were present during the murder. Conor Hanlon has no prior criminal history and has not been accused of any wrongdoing. Authorities have not identified any suspects or persons of interest in the case.
