Man Crashes into Beyoncé and Jay-Z's East Hampton Home Gate

A man crashed into the wooden gate of Beyoncé and Jay-Z's East Hampton home on Wednesday afternoon, according to police. The individual, identified as 63-year-old Keith Jonathan Webster from the Bronx, has been charged with felony criminal mischief in the second degree and misdemeanor criminal trespass in the third degree. Police reports indicate that the gate suffered significant damage after Webster drove at a high speed up the driveway, failing to stop until he broke through the gate. Webster's vehicle was impounded for evidence, and he was taken to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital after sustaining an injury during processing. Following his hospital visit, he was returned to police custody. On Thursday, Webster had his arraignment where Justice Steven Tekulsky issued a stay-away order of protection, prohibiting him from contacting the celebrity couple. Reports suggest that Webster appeared disoriented during the arraignment and was taken to a mental health facility for evaluation. Detective Sergeant Jennifer Dunn stated that Webster's motive is still under investigation, and he does not have a prior criminal record. It remains unclear if Beyoncé and Jay-Z were at home during the incident.
