California Author Stabbed to Death in Santa Cruz County

Rachell Summers, a 73-year-old art gallery manager and author, was fatally stabbed outside Capitola Mall in Santa Cruz County, California, on Monday. Tyler Leibelt, 19, has been charged with murder and is accused of planning the attack, having purchased knives shortly before the incident.
