Karyna Shuliak, who was in a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein for nearly eight years, worked as a part-time dentist in New York City. This information was reported by The New York Times. Shuliak first met Epstein in March 2011 after moving to New York from Belarus. Epstein reportedly offered to assist her in achieving her dental education goals. After initially resisting his advances, she accepted his help in 2012. Epstein facilitated her admission to the College of Dental Medicine at Columbia University, where he made a donation and had connections that aided her acceptance. Shuliak graduated from the program in May 2025 and received her New York dental license six months later. She began working as a part-time dentist in downtown Brooklyn, with her last day at the office reported as February 12, 2026. Her lawyer did not provide information on her current employment status.
