Since being discharged from the hospital, McConnell has been undergoing a rigorous physical therapy and rehabilitation program, which includes multiple sessions each day aimed at rebuilding strength and minimizing the risk of future falls. The Office noted that McConnell's history with childhood polio remains a significant factor affecting his mobility, and he is still in the rehabilitation facility.
