Gunman Identified in Twin Falls In-N-Out Shooting Incident

Authorities have identified the gunman involved in the shooting at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, which occurred on Saturday. The suspect, 24-year-old Chad Williams, reportedly took his own life after the attack. The shooting resulted in three fatalities and seven injuries, with the incident taking place around 2:30 p.m. local time at the newly opened restaurant. Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks stated that two of the injured have been treated and released, while two remain in critical condition and three are stable. The names of the deceased have not been released pending family notifications. In-N-Out President Lynsi Snyder confirmed that one of the victims was an employee. The investigation is ongoing, with the FBI assisting local authorities and detectives interviewing numerous witnesses. An off-duty law enforcement officer reportedly returned fire during the incident, which may have prevented further casualties. Witnesses described scenes of panic as individuals fled the restaurant.
