The claims were made by conspiracy theorist Collin Scott Campbell, who stated that Kirk was seen with casino heir Blake Wynn at the Beverly Hills Hotel. In a video posted on social media, Campbell alleged that Kirk and Wynn were seen kissing and shopping together. Kirk responded to these claims by stating, "Every single word here is a lie," and emphasized her ongoing grief for her late husband. She clarified that she was celebrating her son's birthday in Arizona on the date in question and described Wynn as a close friend of her late husband, who is engaged to someone else. Kirk's legal team previously sent Campbell a cease-and-desist letter regarding false statements about her involvement in her husband's assassination. Wynn also publicly denied the allegations, criticizing Campbell's claims as unfounded.
