Investigation Continues into the Death of Nolan Wells in Mississippi

The investigation into the death of 18-year-old Nolan Xavier Wells, whose body was discovered after a boat trip on July 4, remains ongoing. Wells, a college student from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, was last seen alive on the morning of July 4 when he and friends traveled to Horn Island, a barrier island off the Mississippi coast. Reports indicate that hundreds of people were present on the island that day. Wells was scheduled to report to Southwest Mississippi Community College for football camp the following Monday but did not return home with his friends. The last known photographs of him were taken around 4 PM that afternoon.
