A Quinnipiac University poll found Democrats leading Republicans by 12 percentage points among registered voters on which party they wanted to control the House if Election Day were held then.
The survey put Democratic support at 51% and Republican support at 39%, according to The Hill. Separately, Sabato’s Crystal Ball shifted its ratings in 11 House contests toward Democrats on Tuesday, the Washington Examiner reported. The changes came with just over a month remaining before the midterm elections, according to the Examiner.
