Rapper Nicki Minaj joined President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Detroit on Sunday and said she would support him if he runs again. Minaj told Trump it was an honor to stand with him and said her support would continue.
Before Minaj spoke, Trump commented on her appearance, according to the Washington Examiner. Earlier Sunday, Minaj traveled with Trump aboard Air Force One ahead of the Michigan rally, the Daily Wire reported. Steven Cheung, identified by the outlet as the White House communications director, posted a video of a mock interview with Minaj and joked that she could be the next White House press secretary. The official White House account replied to the post with an eyes emoji, the outlet said.
