A shooting at a Spirit Halloween store in Fairfield, California, left one person dead and six others injured, reports said. The shooting occurred inside the store at Solano Town Center shortly before 8:30 p.m. local time, according to police cited by the Daily Wire.
The person who died was identified as 31-year-old Constance Hages, the Daily Wire reported. Fairfield police said preliminary information indicated the shooting stemmed from a targeted incident involving one suspect inside the store. The suspect remained at large, according to the Daily Wire. Other reports described the shooting as occurring Saturday or on Halloween Eve.
